Returns are accepted within 14 days of your original purchase date for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. Sorry, no refunds. All jewelry, nu bras and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE.
Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Ellie has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Ellie determines does not meet these requirements.
