Fast, Healthy Breakfast!
Let’s face it…the mornings can be hectic. So here’s my on-the-go breakfast solution and it’s heathy too. You will be drinking your fruits and getting your protein to start your day off right!
Chocolate Protein Smoothie
8 0z water
8 ox unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 scoops Orgain chocolate protein powder
frozen fruit (I mix it up berries, bananas, oranges)
frozen spinach leaves (optional)
Blend in blender (I use the Ninja Blender)
Pour in your favorite tumbler and you are good to go!

I have tried many protein powders and Orgain wins my vote. I’ve been using it over a year now and have it set up as a subscribe and save item on Amazon. That way I don’t even have to think about ordering it. WIN! WIN! This protein powder is great for several reasons: plant based protein, great price and taste, safe and healthy for kids as well. I LOVE it and sometimes have to order more before my new comes!!
If you are on the market for a blender. The Ninja blender is a kitchen essential for me. Not only do I use it daily for my morning shakes but it also come with a smaller one that I frequently. Having a husband that doesn’t like chunks of things, I’m constantly using it to blend up those items. For example, I blend up tomato chunks so I can still use tomatoes in recipes.
